Job Title: Area Sales Officer (Saurashtra Region)

Job Purpose:
To develop and expand the dealer and distributor network for grounded spices and various flours in the Saurashtra region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets, strengthening market presence, and driving consistent growth through strong relationships and deep market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors and dealers in the Saurashtra region for spices and flours.
✅ Achieve primary and secondary sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
✅ Develop effective route-to-market strategies to improve reach and product availability.
✅ Lead and manage market penetration for new and existing products.
✅ Ensure timely collection of payments and manage distributor ROI effectively.
✅ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and strategies, and provide actionable market intelligence.
✅ Execute promotional activities, schemes, and offers to enhance sales performance.
✅ Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 4 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, specifically in spices distribution and flour categories.
✅ Strong existing network of distributors and dealers in the Saurashtra region.
✅ In-depth knowledge of FMCG market dynamics including channel management, schemes, pricing, and trade expectations.
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Capable of handling primary as well as secondary sales independently.
✅ Ability to generate business from scratch and expand market presence aggressively.
✅ Knowledge of local geography, market trends, and retailer behavior in Saurashtra.

Salary Range : 25K to 45K + Handsome Incentive
