Job Title: Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive (Engineering Products)
Location: Gujarat & Maharashtra (Travel Required)

Job Purpose:
To identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for engineering products by building strong relationships with engineering companies across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills, have a sound understanding of engineering drawings and basic costing, and be capable of generating consistent sales.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify potential clients in the engineering sector and develop new business opportunities.
✅ Visit industries, factories, and engineering companies across Gujarat and Maharashtra for regular meetings.
✅ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision-makers (purchase, production, and technical teams).
✅ Understand client requirements through technical discussions and drawing reviews.
✅ Prepare and submit quotations after understanding basic costing structures.
✅ Follow up rigorously for enquiries, negotiations, and closures to achieve sales targets.
✅ Provide product presentations and demonstrations as required.
✅ Maintain CRM and sales reports for management review.
✅ Identify opportunities for value addition and cross-selling of other engineering solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and explain basic engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of costing and commercial terms
Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat and Maharashtra
Relationship-building mindset with strong follow-up habits

Experience Required:
Minimum 3-5 years in engineering product sales / industrial sales / technical sales

Salary:
30K to 50K + Incentives + Travel Allowances
